USDT on TRON or Ethereum
If your balance is TRC20 USDT on TRON, use an explicitly offered TRON deposit choice. If it is on Ethereum, select that chain instead; the wallet's network fee and receiving instructions will differ.
Swap USDT to SOL and get the Solana balance needed for your next wallet action. Choose the USDT sending network, enter the amount and compare the receiving estimate before payment.
You can use Tether held on a supported network to receive SOL on Solana. The form shows which sending choices are currently available, so select the one matching your actual holding.
USDT is a token designed to track the US dollar, while SOL is Solana's network coin. Holding Tether on Solana does not by itself give you the SOL needed for an ordinary fee-paying transaction.
Converting part of a stablecoin balance can prepare your wallet for a payment, another swap or an application interaction. Choose an amount that covers the activity you want to fund and leaves the rest of your USDT where you intend to hold it.
Open the asset details in your wallet to identify the chain holding the USDT. A token name or dollar value alone cannot establish which deposit network will accept it.

Open the account holding the tokens and check the network label before using Send. To receive the result in the same app, copy an address from a supported Solana receiving account rather than reusing an EVM address.
USDT associated with BNB Smart Chain, Polygon or another chain should be selected only if the form explicitly accepts that network and token version. The issuer's or wallet's support does not automatically establish support for the exchange deposit.
For an ordinary USDT transfer on Solana, a fee payer needs SOL even though the amount being transferred is Tether. On other sending chains, the required fee resource follows that chain, such as ETH on Ethereum or TRON resources and TRX where applicable.
If your wallet reports insufficient fee funds, add the needed fee balance or check whether it offers an eligible sponsored or gasless transaction. Such features depend on the wallet, asset and action; a gasless in-wallet swap does not automatically cover a payment to this exchange's deposit address.
Review the wallet's actual transaction preview before proceeding. Creating an exchange quote alone does not solve a sending-wallet fee shortage.
The reference ratio shows how much SOL one USDT represents at the displayed market observation. It uses USDT's market value rather than assuming the token always trades at exactly one dollar.

Use the preset amounts to compare different funding sizes for your Solana wallet. The same market snapshot is applied to each row so the amounts can be compared consistently.

These rows are market illustrations rather than guaranteed receipts. The form provides the quote and amount limits for your sending network.
This chart follows the SOL value of USDT across the selected period. A rising ratio means that the same USDT amount represented more SOL at the sampled market prices.
USDT/SOL rate increased from 0.009932 SOL on 29 Oct 2026, 13:25 UTC to 0.01037 SOL on 30 Oct 2026, 13:20 UTC.

Shorter windows show recent movement while longer windows provide broader context. The chart is separate from the quote used to fund your exchange.
Check the sending amount and select the rate mode before creating the payment. For a fixed quote, make sure you can meet the displayed funding conditions from your chosen wallet or platform.

The receiving estimate includes service and destination charges. If a platform deducts its withdrawal fee from the entered USDT amount, compare the net delivery with the required deposit.
Prepare the token's sending network and your Solana destination before opening the deposit instructions. Keep the exchange reference so you can follow progress after the payment leaves your wallet.
Use the payment and status guide if you need help identifying a pending stage. For the separate task of transferring Tether while keeping it as Tether, see the guide to sending USDT on Solana.
Fund your next Solana action with exchange costs visible before you pay. Choose from service options that suit both your amount and your payment timing.
Convert Tether into SOL without setting up a permanent account. Keep the individual exchange reference to return to its payment and tracking information.
The quoted SOL estimate includes the service and destination transfer costs. Your wallet or platform shows the separate charge for sending USDT.
We aim to process the conversion in 4–12 minutes after the required deposit confirmations. Source-chain waiting time and additional reviews can extend the total duration.
The form also supports a broader catalogue for future conversions from other holdings. Available network choices are determined by the asset and quote you select.
Choose the reverse conversion when you want SOL exchanged into Tether again. A different source balance may be more convenient if you already hold another asset.
Choose the Tether amount you want to convert and see the SOL estimate before payment. Start now to prepare a Solana balance for your next wallet action.
Swap USDT to SOL NowThese answers cover token identification and payment situations outside the usual exchange steps. Keep the token details and exchange reference when requesting help.
The market ratio can express the SOL value of that amount. A payable exchange still needs to meet the minimum shown in the form, so a reference conversion does not establish deposit eligibility.
Check the token's contract or mint together with its chain against the supported asset details. Matching names and symbols alone are not enough to identify the accepted token.
Use only the network selected in that exchange's deposit instructions. Separate balances on different chains require their own supported payment arrangements.
Some wallet actions involve a token allowance as well as a transfer, while an ordinary send may use a different flow. Review the requested action and spender in the wallet rather than signing an unrelated approval to obtain a quote.
Contact support with the exchange reference, token identity and transaction record. Recovery depends on the actual deposit and may not be possible, so do not send a second payment as an assumed repair.
